Golden Lab Service Employer Program

Dear Valued Client,

We appreciate your interest in setting up an account with Golden Lab Service's drug testing program.

Employers with at least 3 employees who intend to conduct drug testing can establish an employer account for drug testing services.

Individuals (donors) are not eligible to establish an EMPLOYER account and must pay for services when scheduled. Below, you’ll find information regarding our testing services, fees, and other Drug-Free Workplace Program information.

Employer Account Set-Up

It is quick and simple to create an account with Golden Lab Service. The initial setup charge is not necessary. Fill out the electronic form below to create a new account, and a representative will contact you within 24-48 hours with your billing options. You'll receive a drug testing consent form via email to sign. You can start testing as soon as we get your approval.

Scheduling a Test

Scheduling a test is fast and easy with Golden Lab Service. You may schedule a drug test at our main office by simply calling our (317) 515-2225 number, emailing our scheduling department (info@goldenlabservice.com), scheduling online at https://goldenlabservice.com/drug-testing. Same-day service is usually available, and no appointment is needed; however, the donor will need the test registration barcode number and their government-issued ID. The process is convenient, and you can have a donor barcode number issued within minutes of your request, allowing the employee to proceed to the testing center immediately. Donor barcodes are valid for 72 hours unless otherwise instructed by the client.
